Supported Community Living is an experienced provider of comprehensive in-home supports serving individuals with disabilities in central Ohio since 1989.

Our staff of well trained Direct Support Professionals coordinate service that encourage individuals to:

Here at Supported Community Living the needs of the consumer come first and we focus on elevating the quality of life they experience.

Supported Community Living provides services and supports in Homemaker Personal Care, Social Work and Transportation. Supported Community Living is certified by the Ohio Department of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities as an IO Waiver provider, a level One Waiver provider and a Non-Medical Transportation Provider.
